Wilson Phillips Harmonize at Ridgefield Playhouse

Second generation rock royalty Wilson Phillips brings its beguilingly close harmonies and polished stage performance to Ridgefield Playhouse on Feb. 23 at 8 p.m. This talented trio includes Chynna Phillips, daughter of Michelle and John Phillips of The Mamas & The Papas and Carnie and Wendy Wilson whose father is famed Beach Boy Brian Wilson. Wilson Phillips shot to fame in 1990, with the release of their first album. Three of its songs became #1 hit singles, including "Hold On," "Release Me," and "You're in Love." Since then, they have become one of the best selling groups of all time, according to Billboard Magazine, been nominaited for a Grammy Award and expertly pulled off a terrific cameo appareance in the Osca-nominated film, "Bridesmaids."
